Cinema in the Cemetery: Eraserhead
Online ticket sales are closed. Limited number of tickets are available for purchase at the gate.
David Lynch’s first feature, Eraserhead (1977), is a surrealist black-and-white horror film set against the backdrop of a stark and corrupt industrial cityscape. Lynch has attributed inspiration for the setting to his time as a student in 1960s Philadelphia. Join us for a screening of this cult classic at 8:30 PM, and come early at 7:00PM to peruse a popup artists’ market, tunes from DJ John Morrison, and trivia hosted by the Philadelphia Film Society, co-host of our outdoor cinema series.
